Jaclyn Ditter, LCMHC, LCAS, Raleigh Therapist, Anxiety, Depression, EMDR

Jaclyn Ditter

M.S, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS, QS

Jaclyn’s focus pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing. Her specialties include treating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, life transitions, and codependency. She strives to create an environment that allows clients to feel welcome and safe in the therapeutic setting while empowering them to reach their goals.

On a more personal note she was born and raised in rural Wisconsin, growing up on cheese curds, brats, and the Packers. In 2016, Jaclyn relocated to North Carolina to attend graduate school at East Carolina University and let’s be honest… to escape the cold winters! She moved to Raleigh after graduating and fell in love with this amazing city! She has a wannabe therapy dog named Maya, loves to try all of the up and coming restaurants in the Triangle area, and has joined the pickleball craze!

Jaclyn works with individuals 18+ and is in network with United Health, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna and Aetna State Health Plan. Offering both in person and virtual sessions. Self pay rate is $150 per individual session.

Jarem Bagnato Raleigh Therapist

Jarem Bagnato

M.A, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS-I

Jarem's theoretical orientation often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. His clinical interests are in treating: depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues and LGBT+ topics. Other areas of interest are maladaptive eating patterns (BED) and neurodivergence (ADHD). He fosters an environment that is both person-centered while also maintaining goals and maintaining a clinically orientated space.

While not in the office Jarem can typically be found on a nearby greenway or hiking in the mountains while enjoying the natural scenery. Originally from a small town in-the-middle of nowhere New York, he relocated to North Carolina roughly a decade ago to begin anew. A benefit of leaving was to escape the frigid winter cold, but the sweltering summers in the south are not always any less forgiving -- just in his opinion though. Jarem has tried disc golf to little success but is usually considered an above-average bowler. Mixed results regarding tennis. He has far too many houseplants and is a pet owner.

Jarem works with individuals 18+ and is in network with Aetna, Aetna State Health Plan and BCBS. Cigna and United Healthcare (projected mid-April 2026). He offers in person and virtual sessions. The self pay rate is $150 per individual session.
