Jaclyn Ditter
M.S, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS, QS
I believe in a strength-based perspective while combining my knowledge of multiple therapy modalities to find the best fit for each client. My focus pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing. My specialties include treating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, life transitions, and codependency. I strive to create an environment that allows clients to feel welcome and safe in the therapeutic setting while empowering them to reach their goals.
On a more personal note I was born and raised in rural Wisconsin, growing up on cheese curds, brats, and the Packers. In 2016, I relocated to North Carolina to attend graduate school at East Carolina University and let’s be honest… to escape the cold winters! I moved to Raleigh after graduating and fell in love with this amazing city! I have a wannabe therapy dog named Maya, I love to try all of the up and coming restaurants in the Triangle area, enjoy playing sand volleyball, and have joined the pickleball craze!
I work with individuals 18+ and am in network with United Health, BCBS, Cigna and Aetna. Offering both in person and virtual sessions. Self pay rate is $120 per individual session.
