Jaclyn Ditter, M.S, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS, QS

Jaclyn provides clinical supervision for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHC-As) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associates (LCAS-As) working towards independent licensure in the state of North Carolina. Her supervision approach is grounded in the belief that effective therapists grow through a combination of clinical knowledge, self-reflection, curiosity, and a strong therapeutic foundation.

As a practicing clinician since 2018, Jaclyn has developed extensive experience in both Intensive Outpatient Programs and Private Practice settings. Drawing from her experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), IFS Informed and Solution-Focused Therapy, Jaclyn supports supervisees in developing skills related to assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, and navigating complex clinical presentations.

Jaclyn’s clinical experience includes working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and codependency. She has a particular interest in supporting clinicians who want to grow their skills in trauma-informed care, addiction and recovery treatment, emotional regulation, and helping clients navigate significant life transitions.

As a supervisor, Jaclyn strives to create a space where supervisees feel comfortable asking questions, exploring challenges, and developing their own authentic therapeutic style. She believes supervision should be a collaborative process that balances encouragement, accountability, and constructive feedback while helping clinicians strengthen their clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and confidence in the therapy room.

Jarem Bagnato, LCHMC, LCAS, CCS-I

Jarem provides clinical supervision for Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists (LCAS-As) that are working toward independent licensure in the state of North Carolina. He believes the purpose of supervision is not just to solely fulfill the requirements for the IC&RC examination, but is a place for learning while enriching your previous knowledge base, and is a space where supervisees are to hone in on their clinical skills and grow in their therapeutic approaches.

Jarem has experience ranging from traditional outpatient therapy to high-acuity crisis stabilization programs, whose main purpose was to reduce rapid re-hospitalizations. During supervision with Jarem, he draws from various modalities while remembering that just as every client has tailored needs, so do his supervisees. Every clinician can make a mistake and supervision is where they are addressed in both an ethical and constructive manner.

Supervision with Jarem is intended to create a space for both learning and exploring challenges when a clinician feels 'stuck' while assisting a client navigate a difficult period in their lives. He believes supervision is both a collaborative effort and encourages clinicians to approach supervision with an open mind, as honing their clinical skillset is an always evolving process that can take years to develop.

Jarem is actively pursuing the Qualified Supervisor credential to supervise Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC-As) in the State of North Carolina, and expects to obtain this certification in Fall 2026.

Current Individual Supervision Rate: $70

Jarem does not offer group supervision at this time.

Dual supervision rates for LCMHC & LCAS rates will be discussed when appropriate for both parties in the Fall of 2026.
